During this past winter, on December 4, 2007, we were saddened to hear of the sudden passing of one of our active TMLCC directors, Jack Lesser, in his 76^th year. Jack was heavily involved with activities on the TMLCC since 1997. He gave unselfishly of both his time and his legal expertise, helping guide us through two successful court cases regarding items of concern to the Lake and its association members.

Jack loved spending time at Three Mile Lake. He especially enjoyed it with his wife Jan, and daughter Lila. Jack’s countless hours of volunteer work with our lake association showed the extent of his commitment to preserve the serenity and beauty of our lake.

In memory of Jack’s contribution, the TMLCC will make a donation to the Huntsville Humane Society. Our thoughts go out to Jack’s family and friends.
